Latest NewsNovember 2009. More product news and details of new web site. ESP announces the general availability of its new "User Report". For some time now we have been releasing the full content library of questions and answers to suitably trained customers. A natural follow on has been to produce a report which will show, on a person by person basis, all the questions that were answered incorrectly. It will also show the possible answers, the correct answers and the answers given by that individual. This now means that a manager can sit down with a staff member and drill right down to why questions were answered incorrectly. What we now know is that in many cases, the person misread or misunderstood the question, meaning that there is no training need whatsoever. This report needs building on a customer by customer basis and is a chargeable item. CALL ESP ON 01494 431188 for more information !!
October 2009. New TNA Functionality announced. ESP is please to announce that its market leading TNA system now has some additional functionality, targeted at improving efficiency and saving customers money: -the ability to incorporate images into questions. The image, which can be of virtually anything, will pop up and the person taking the assessment will answer questions about it. For example, it might be a scanned image of an application form and the questions will require an explanation as to what is wrong with it. -the ability to ask "free text" questions. This means that people can be asked a question which is answered in their own words. Many customers have asked for this, knowing that it provides an invaluable insight into what people really do and don't know. -the ability to include links to web sites or specific documents during the "question review" process. -the ability set up e-mail alerts. This will allow team leaders and other managers to be notified when scheduled assessment dates have been passed. Again, this will improve efficiency and save valuable time for managers.
