Overview:

We work with customers who need our specialist skills to overcome shortages in either manpower or specific know-how.

Examples:

A large Scottish Authority identified a need to create a learning and development platform for elected members. ESP worked with the client to develop the functional specification, craft the solution and assist in the roll out.

A Revenues & Benefits department needed help in customising and rolling out a training needs analysis system.

The housing department of a local authority wanted a bespoke knowledge assessment tool that exactly refelected their own policies and procedures.

Our approach.

Ensuring that both parties fully understand and agree the specification must be the prime consideration, so we spend as much time as necessary on this component. ESP is not a large organisation so there will never be any issues if wires getting crossed internally.

Our underlying objective is to do the job right first time.
