Having identified training needs, ESP is now able to provide specialist courses in the areas of Housing / Council tax Benefits and Housing Management. Our professionally qualified training consultants combine a dynamic approach with quality content to deliver truly inspiring learning experiences.

Working within a performance management context, our preferred approach is to understand client’s needs and aspirations, agree specified outcomes and combine the methodologies that best ensure a cost effective use of training budgets.

Benefits and Revenues Training

ESP offers specialist Benefits and Revenues training for all levels of practitioner, including new staff, front line advisors, assessors, appeals officers and senior staff. Our courses are supported by on-line training tools, which can be a particularly cost effective approach.

We quote for and implement training on a case by case basis. This might mean advanced training for a small number of people, introductory training for a group or even larger numbers needing a backgrounder in relation to customer service skills.

Costs and implementation.

Training courses will be specified according to needs. The cost will typically be £550 per day plus normal travelling expenses. Handouts will cover the training provided and issed to all delegates.
