ESP offers specialist Benefits and Revenues training for all levels of practitioner, including new staff, front line advisors, assessors, appeals officers and senior staff. Our courses are supported by on-line training tools, which can be a particularly cost effective approach.

NVQ Centres

ESP established one of the first Assessment Centres in England to be accredited by the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV); therefore our expertise is based on a history of practical experience. We offer support to prospective NVQ Centres and are able to provide all the requisite training.
