Founded in 1999 to provide performance related consultancy and training services for local government ESP has evolved into a specialist provider of Employee Assessment and Case Management Software.

Since our inception our software products have been used with over 200 organisations in the public and private sectors to help these organisations reduce their overall costs and improve their employee’s and overall corporate performance.

Our company ethos is to ensure we have really understood the opportunity or issue in question, hence we prefer to work in partnership with our customers to design and deploy practical solutions which meet real needs at a price which is affordable. All of our software products have started life as joint projects with one or more customers and hence these solutions have genuinely been “designed by practitioners for practitioners”.

In our view the key aspect to any organisations performance is to really understand the people it interacts with, and foremost in this are its employees, officers and customers. Our solutions therefore typically help organisations to:

• survey, review and audit employees or customers views;
• inform and instruct employee’s in key corporate or compliance messages
• understand, assess and improve their employee’s performance and knowledge required in their role;
• log information or evidence in certain people specific case management applications.

Our modular suite of software can be used at the individual, team, department or indeed corporate level and requires no specialist technical knowledge to use. Providing you have access to the internet / intranet our software can be quickly deployed using our off the shelf content templates or easily and quickly customised to meet specific requirements.

Keith Greener, Director

Keith is an IT Industry veteran having been involved in the industry for over 25 years, His background is in sales, customer service and training across many markets including the local government and not for profit sectors. Keith is responsible for all sales and sales operational activities within ESP.

Mark Williams, Director

Mark is an experienced Business Manager, Senior Programme Manager and Change Agent. He has extensive Business and IT Solutions Change experience particularly within the Financial Services and Public Sector marketplaces. His understanding of employee development, his knowledge of technology and his in depth experience within the public sector brings invaluable direction to ESP in development and marketing. He is also currently Vice Chair of Fairlake Properties Limited, part of The Seren Group, a leading welsh Housing Services Association.

Richard Lambourn, Company Secretary

With a successful accountancy background, Richard Lambourn's expertise is in data mining and statistical analysis. His expertise lies in interpreting trends, measuring performance and financial profiling.
