About UsFounded in 1999 to provide performance related consultancy and training services for local government ESP has evolved into a specialist provider of Employee Assessment and Case Management Software. Keith Greener, Director Keith is an IT Industry veteran having been involved in the industry for over 25 years, His background is in sales, customer service and training across many markets including the local government and not for profit sectors. Keith is responsible for all sales and sales operational activities within ESP. Mark Williams, Director Mark is an experienced Business Manager, Senior Programme Manager and Change Agent. He has extensive Business and IT Solutions Change experience particularly within the Financial Services and Public Sector marketplaces. His understanding of employee development, his knowledge of technology and his in depth experience within the public sector brings invaluable direction to ESP in development and marketing. He is also currently Vice Chair of Fairlake Properties Limited, part of The Seren Group, a leading welsh Housing Services Association. Richard Lambourn, Company Secretary With a successful accountancy background, Richard Lambourn's expertise is in data mining and statistical analysis.
